Occasionally, you will hear a POA non-member state that he or she is not required to abide by the Glen-Vista covenants. This is not correct. The covenants originated not with the POA but with the declaration made by the land developer. This declaration is a legal document on file with the Fremont County clerk.
Here is a portion of the declaration for Filing No. The covenants are part of the deed. Declarations for all filings are available on the POA website. Feel free to pass this along.
